There are 9 people who work in my office. Eight are overweight, at least 6 of those are obese. "Feeling fat" is a constant complaint. But this is what I came in to today. All I can think is, "You're killing me Smalls." Ps. My supervision thought the pie was cherry and was really excited to eat a piece. Upon finding it was mixed fruit she said she was disappointed that she wasted her calories on it. I actually said, "You're still eating it, you can stop."

Ugh so hard. I always try to avoid the desk because my workplace always has food. In healthcare they are always getting gifts from families etc. candy, donuts, etc all the time.

Wow! THis is how my last position was lots of pot lucks and birthday celbrations. When I started I had just lost a bunch of weight and i gained all of it back..You are right in saying that it is our fault for not saying "no". I can also say that it is a crummy feeling after the gorging has stopped..AAH.. emoticon
