Finding time to exercise during the Holidays

This is a sampling of tracking exercises during the Holidays, and also included calories burned. It's all about a way of life. Although I'm half way to my goal I'm not going to give up on myself.

I got behind on tracking my minutes for November but still wanted to post them which proves we can still exercise during Nov. & Dec., traditional holiday months. So here's more than a week listed.

11/19 - 33 min. (arc. trainer, 293 cal.)
11/20 - 70 min. (gym - 448 cal.)

Did you know that a slice of Marie Callendar's pumpkin pie is 530 calories? One reason why I try keep consistent in my exercise emoticon
11/23 - 40 min. (arc. trainer, 330 cal.)
11/25 - 50 min. (arc. trainer, 400 cal.)
11/26 - 54 min. (arc. trainer, 450 cal)
11/28 - 35. min. (arc. trainer, 275 cal)
11/30 35 min. (arc. trainer, 250 cal)
Total minutes - 317 min (5 hours 28 min of exercise in 7 days)
Total calories used - 2,446 in 7 days

    Marie can keep her pie. I make the recipe on the back of the Libby's label, cut down the sugar and make a crust that is half whole wheat flour with the addition of ground flax seed. I roll it out between sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap, which means there are no extra calories from dusting the dough with extra flour. emoticon
