Today's work out. An average of 550 cals burned in an hour. Last mile or so of this walk was difficult because I had to deal with miss Sam getting ready for daycare and not wanting to just sit for 20 minutes. My goal today aside from step bet goals is to get my food back under control. We are also looking at sleep number beds today so hopefully we find something that helps us.
