Wedding Munchies

So my wedding is in less than 4 weeks. When I think of all the stuff I need to do still and know I'm going home to a empty house (fiance works nights) I crave junk. I know it's just anxiety and stress but I don't know how to deal. My best friend of 32 years backed out of wedding and pretty much friendship a few weeks ago. I don't have anyone else close except family. I've talked to them about it but still continue to crave junk right before bed. Any suggestions besides just the obvious. Usually crave fries, fried chicken or tacos. The extra calories are making losing weight nearly impossible.

    I read a book The End of Overeating by David Kessler a few years ago. He recommends setting food rules and sticking to them. The book explains about how processed foods and restaurant food is designed to make us crave more and more. This may be hard to hear because it was hard for me to finally accept it but if you are serious about loskng weight you need a complete lifestyle change in the food department.
    There is a book, The Fat Flush Plan by Louise Gittleman. It's a cleanse using FOOD. But you have to cut white flour, white sugar, salt, fried food.
    If you are serious I recommend cutting the junk.
    Whole 30 is another food plan where you cut the junk. It's very popular.

    Commit to yourself not to go there...do something nice for yourself instead... take a bubble bath, go get your nails done, go get a massage...
