So my wedding is in less than 4 weeks. When I think of all the stuff I need to do still and know I'm going home to a empty house (fiance works nights) I crave junk. I know it's just anxiety and stress but I don't know how to deal. My best friend of 32 years backed out of wedding and pretty much friendship a few weeks ago. I don't have anyone else close except family. I've talked to them about it but still continue to crave junk right before bed. Any suggestions besides just the obvious. Usually crave fries, fried chicken or tacos. The extra calories are making losing weight nearly impossible.
