THANK GOODNESS for pretty weather

I have spent the winter battling hip pain, and some other 'stuff'. I have been going to the gym 5 out of 7 days, keeping my nutrition level. I haven't been good about tracking. It is MONDAY! And the Monday of "Holy Week". I cannot think of a better thing than to recommit to being even better. I have a TENS device on my hip. Aleve works better than Advil. A doctors appointment is forthcoming - and I need 25 lbs gone toot sweet. I need to be working my "weights" heavier and really working and not just keeping it "normal" I can go a long time with a bit of effort, but I am staring out the gym window... So Weights - we are going to have a bit of a talk this afternoon. As for my cardio, I will listen to my audio book while I am on the recumbent for two 30 minute sessions. It is my sanity break. I did add a great seated yoga work out this morning to stretch me out good.

So I am back and NEED all of you to keep me on track. PEACE BE WITH US ALL! :)
