This month has been a little less successful than prior months due to a deviation in eating right. I haven't completely given that up, but was very lax in diet this month. I have still been working hard, am still Coke free and have completely given up on my trigger foods, donuts and Flaming Hot Cheetos. I drink a lot of water, sometimes unsweet tea, and coffee with no sugar. My workouts are still steady and I feel stronger and better. I can't believe I've made it a whole 4 months! I am so proud of myself and I will continue to do this.
My numbers progress is as follows:
202.8 = 3 pounds to One-derland!!! Whoop whoop. Down 6.2 pounds from last month and 37.4 pounds from start.
waist= 35 down 1 from last month and 6 altogether
hips = 46 down 1 from last month and 6 altogether
Thighs= 26 down 1 from last month and 4 off each thigh altogether
Arm= 13.5 down .5 from last month and 1.5 altogether
Calf= 16.5 stayed the same but down .5 altogether, and hard muscle now instead of flab
Bust= 42 up 1 from last month, but not sure why. I did lose 1 inch from under the bust, so maybe I just measured wrong last month, or maybe it's a hormonal thing.
I'm looking forward to the One hundreds and this next month. I WILL eat better, and keep up my workouts. I'm so excited with my progress, even if it's not quite what it was in the beginning. Slow and steady is better than regression.
