Day 71!

Day 71 today! I have worked out and kept myself active for 71 days. I feel so much better physically and mentally by working out every day, even on days when I don't feel like it I just pop a DVD in and press play, within minutes I'm happy I didn't give up. It's such a good feeling when you are at the end of a workout and think " that wasn't hard at all" push play every day

    Oh awesome Reedski! My longest streak ever before this was 6 days! I know people say to have a rest day but I feel like even a little activity is better than nothing. Not just full on cardio, stuff like Pilates or yoga or even just walking.

    I started an exercise streak, too. I can't remember what day. It's just over two weeks. One time I made it to over 90 days. Inwant to beat that. Good luck. I think it's a great goal.
