Power Up Your Fitness For Summer Challenge I

This is a two month challenge for May and June. Summer is just around the corner and we can get a jump start on it by gearing up our fitness for May and June. Give yourself a goal and track it for the next two months. It is all about commitment and nothing about perfection. We got this. I am cheering you all on.
