Ooooh yeah made it to day 90! I have worked out every day for 90 days! I am so happy with myself for sticking to it and getting closer to my goal of 120 days. I used to tell myself " I'll do it tomorrow " or " I don't have time " but I have learned to make the time, any amount of time, and just stay active. I wear my Fitbit every day and it helps so much. If I haven't met my target for the day I jump up and get a quick jog around the house to get there!
