Why do people say Silly Remarks........

Thursday, July 27, 2017

My inner self is always saying "no pain...no gain " that's what people say....sometimes it sounds like a mantra..... and I get that....sorta of.... it is a comment many people say.

And... when your husband comments......Why haven't you lost any weight?.....you say you sweat alot, isn't that a sign that you are losing weight ??.....and thats when I say to my inner self .......Self, How Should I React to this remark, should I be really upset ( and let him know this ) or laugh ....or go and cry in the bathroom, or walk into the next room and say out loud....What does it matter to you? Your not the one who's trying to lose weight.

My inner self tells me to ignore him and let him think what he wants....But my inner self ALSO
says ....HOW Much Does Sweat Weigh?.....You DO sweat alot !!...can you weigh sweat, maybe your not sweating enough.....yah right ! ....because let me tell you....I never knew I could sweat so much as I do when I work out. I never even sweat this much when I have sex...lol. If I could weigh the sweat I would, I would wring out my workout clothes and weigh the sweat.

I think tomorrow when I'm working out AND sweating I'll tell my inner self to be quiet and mind its own business, if you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say anything.....
and repeat that to my husband when I get home too. emoticon

No pain, no gain? Well maybe. I eat very low carb. All sorts of meats, but not breaded or with a sweet sauce. All sorts of low carb veggies (romaine lettuce, green peppers, radishes...). Anything fatty, do cheese, bacon, whipping cream in my coffee.

I'm rarely hungry. I do loose weight. But there is really very little pain in it.
