Yesterday I may have made an oopsie. I didn't eat enough vegetables, not enough protein to satisfy me, and too many carbs. I stayed up too late and started craving carbs again.
And it probably started with a yummy, but sugary ginger sauce. Grrrrrrrrr. I could just bite myself for it.
So today, it's a lower body workout as my upper back has a strain in it and another day of intermittent fasting, or at least partially.
