Yesterday I may have made an oopsie. I didn't eat enough vegetables, not enough protein to satisfy me, and too many carbs. I stayed up too late and started craving carbs again. And it probably started with a yummy, but sugary ginger sauce. Grrrrrrrrr. I could just bite myself for it. So today, it's a lower body workout as my upper back has a strain in it and another day of intermittent fasting, or at least partially.

    Yeah. Too many carbs. Not enough sleep. Not a good combination for most of us, I suspect. It would certainly do me in.

    Take care of yourself. Keep making healthy choices. It's the trend over time that matters. Back on track ...

    Staying up to late gets me every time. Sleep is a critical part of weight loss. You can do this!

    Do not beat yourself up. We all faulter at times...we are human. And if you would not have eaten a little of what you craved, you may have binged later. I appears that you got right back on track and are going strong. Good for you!!
