WW or Spark

I've been paying $20 a month for Weight Watchers for about 4 months. I just lose and gain every other week. Down 4 pounds total. I will follow ww until I go on vacation on Thursday. The next 5 days I will also track on here. Doesn't matter if I follow plan exactly or go over points or under. I feel like I am eating healthy. Just not losing. When I get back from vacation will try spark for 1 week. Anyone have success following both of every other week?
