So I made these healthy chicken, veggie, rice bowls this weekend to prep for the week so lunches would be a no brainer. Husband sick and I had to take to ER yesterday and do his chores. Got a bad night sleep and snoozed too many times. Got a high fat high calories fast food breakfast on the way to work. Not going to beat myself up. Not gonna give up. I just need to make sure I pre-track my breakfast & lunch for tomorrow. I will make it a better day.
