I won't give up but I am so frustrated with poor eating decisions I keep making. I had a donut, m&ms, candy bar, 2 corndogs, chicken nuggets and cheesy tots all today. I'll track it all but just feel disgusted. I feel like I have no willpower and I am doing a lot of stress eating. I will follow my eating plan a few days and then I am so bad a few days that the scale is slowly creeping up. I need to find will power and start sticking to my plan.
