So Frustrated

I won't give up but I am so frustrated with poor eating decisions I keep making. I had a donut, m&ms, candy bar, 2 corndogs, chicken nuggets and cheesy tots all today. I'll track it all but just feel disgusted. I feel like I have no willpower and I am doing a lot of stress eating. I will follow my eating plan a few days and then I am so bad a few days that the scale is slowly creeping up. I need to find will power and start sticking to my plan.

    I get what you mean about feeling disgusted by your choices but we are changing day by day. Remember, we didn't get to this point in one day or even fifty. Making better habits take time too.
