Good Morning

Good morning! And it is a good morning. Good because for the past three days I've been mostly on track. Yesterday I was tired and a bit stressed and wanted to eat. I did but only the good stuff, healthy food. For me that's a huge accomplishment.

Today going shopping so there's ready made healthy food available. I want to do this. I want to be healthy. Taking it only a day at a time and today it's a good day, a good morning.

Wishing the same for all of you. We're in this together. That's what pumps me, that I'm not alone. Here's to another day to get this right.

    Great start!! emoticon I have learned that I must go to the store with a list. I even try to write the items in the same area in the store together. I walk to each place for the item. I not longer walk browsing the shelves. Stores are cleaver in their positioning of items. The big batch cooking that was in an article on Sparkpeople has really helped too. I cook and portion out then package up and freeze meats. When we are late getting home there is already cooked food and I don’t head for fast food items. I can easily add veggies to the meal.
