It's been a week and so far so good. I've lost 2 1/2 pounds and I'm eating much healthier.
I want this to last but the thought does cross my mind if I'll fall back into old habits. It's only been a week, not very long. Can I keep it up. Can I really change a lifetime of bad eating behaviours?
I'm trying not to think about, to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Changing the way I think of food and losing weight is one of the biggest battles I've had to fight. When I think about where I am and where I want to be weight wise, it seems daunting. 2 1/2 pounds down is nothing compared to the 40 I need to lose. I can't go there though. I can't think about the long road only the immediate now.
So far......so good.
