I tapped a few yoga classes on my PVR. I was going to go back to bed after the children left for school but changed my mind. After a hard and busy weekend I decided to do a little yoga. I hadn't done it is years. I felt great to stretch and relax after a hard soccer game last night. I am going to try and let my day off be more relaxing. I think my body needs it. It is hard because the scale is not on my side even though I did a great job exercising and tracking my food last week. I know the results will come I will just have to keep it up and not let the scale discourage me.
