This morning I tossed and turned trying to convince myself why exactly am I getting up to work out this morning.
Is it to loose weight, yes and no. It is to be the best me that I can be. I want to be healthy for myself but also for my family. I want to be around for all the great moments to come.
So I kick myself in the butt and got on that treadmill and jog/walked 3 km. It felt great. I am already planning my workout for this afternoon at lunch, no excuses if it rains I will work out on the treadmill again.
