I finally bit the bullet and stepped on the scale this morning. The highest weight of my life, and a great motivator to get serious about getting healthy!
No more fooling myself - no more "forgetting" to track bites, licks and tastes. No more avoiding the scale. No more eating more calories because I've exercised.
I've planned some small changes to my diet, and some rewards for meeting each goal. I deserve to be healthy and feel better! I deserve to be able to move without back, knee and foot pain. I deserve organs that have room to function, and blood that is not clogged with sugar.
I plan to blog more regularly to document my progress too!
