Last night I had to work late; got home and made myself a martini. Then I had some snacks of cheese whisps and dried sausage. Then I ordered a pizza. I tracked it all and amazingly still ended up within my preferred calorie range.
Today is a new day, although I do have plans to go to the movies with dad. Typically I will have a small popcorn and a diet soda, which is okay. The trick is to avoid eating a ton when I get home. Tonight my plan is to have a cup of tea and a piece of fruit if I'm still hungry.
