February 2018 Goals

I restarted in August on this weight loss journey because I went to the doctors and had very high blood pressure. For the first time in my life, weight loss was not about fitting into a dress or pants but it was about not eating myself to death. I have found lots of recipes and foods that I love and honestly does not even feel like I changed my eating habits. The reward has been I lost 47 lbs since stepping on the scale at the doctor's office and my blood pressure is normal (from eating right and medicine). My goal is I go back to the doctor in April, and be completely off the medicine, so I am making little goals to help me get there. February is a short month so there is no reason I can not meet my goals.
1. Make it to the gym 8 times this month.
2. Log all my food
3. Keep staying on track!!
4. Log in everyday and use the resources on Spark.
5. Be the best version of me I can be.
