Reintroduction after whole 30

Just a few notes to get my thoughts in order.
Reintroduction has been a little tough. It has been tough in the sense i have no desire to reintroduce certain things.
So far I have just been reintroducing dairy.
I have had some cheese over the last couple days, feta in my eggs one day and cottage cheese for lunch occasionally.
I don't plan of reintroducing sugar for obvious reasons.
Grains I really dont need or want. I do crave an occasional piece of good bread, but its something i can live without. Grains tend to cause inflammatory responses as well as legumes so yep no peanut butter or grains. I have found cashew butter to be better and is amazing on apples or with veggies.
I have a cruise in 19 days and after talking with Royal Caribbean it won't be hard for me to maintain my eating plan as long as temptation does not foil my plan. They have menus for every type of diet including gluten free, vegetarian, low sugar and healthy. Royal
caribbean nutritionist of my boat actually sent me an email on tips on staying on track.
As with any diet plan it is up to us to stay on track. I am going to do a little experiment that you can go on a cruise and still lose weight or at least maintain. There are too many activities to just lay on a chaise after filling up at the buffet bars. Lots of friends say "You are on vacation, don't worry about it" The vacation should be about the doing, the experience not about the food.
