Hi Guys. A colleague and I just started on a 100 day challenge today.

emoticon We will exercise 100 days straight. This is a real push for me but I am excited. We gave ourselves a 3 day grace (life happens emoticon )

emoticon Here is where I need your help. I'm thinking I need a nutrition challenge as well. No soda emoticon for 100 days, or no fast food emoticon emoticon , or simply take my vitamins emoticon 100 days straight.

I'm trying to challenge myself by being realistic but not wimpy. What do you think?

    Thanks guys. No Soda it is. She and I decided to check in with each other on Mondays. This is the accountability part. I don't like to let other people down so the accountability part is good for me. strange what we will do for others that we won't do for ourselves.

    Have to agree, the no soda will definitely help your health. The rest, well, I'd choose the exercising, too, to stay in shape.
