All the Wrong Reasons

I have become so aware of why I reach for snack foods. And it's all the wrong reasons - exhaustion, stressed, excited, lonely, bored.
I need to change what I do when those times hit and they will hit. It's part of being human. Everyone gets exhausted, bored, lonely, etc but not everyone reaches to stuff food in them to quiet those emotions.
I need to learn some new outlets. Calling a friend is one thing but anyone have any other ideas? What do you guys do when intense feelings hit?
Snacking is so darn comfortable but it's a double edged sword because afterward I feel lousy.
All suggestions welcomed. Thanks ahead of time Guys.
