The re-boot is working!

I've been working on getting back into better shape and a better routine since May 21. For some reason, I'm still reluctant to go back to Zumba and yoga class. The memory of vertigo is still too strong, I guess. But I've been doing videos with Coach Nicole, walking around the neighborhood on short walks, doing some gardening, and getting to the gym for time on the treadmill and the machines. So, I'm calling the re-boot a modest success for now. I still hope to "bump it up" a bit more this summer. Fingers crossed!

    Hi there... I'm doing similar things to boost my energy; I've found Taoist Tai Chi to be very beneficial to balance and strength. There's many kinds of tai chi, but the Taoist is basic. Many thanks too for dropping by my 'fist blog' today. Please add me as a friend if you'd like to. emoticon
