Felt good enough to go for a little walk today so I did. Wasn't too bad 1.6 miles. Not going to set any records but just glad I did something. I had a doctor's appointment he was impressed with my weight loss! I told him it was partially due to the 5% challenges. They help keep me accountable and this is the first challenge out of six or seven I've done I think where I've actually lost my 5%. I'm really proud of myself! And my doctor is too!
