last week recap (two days late!)

I averaged 2152 calories last week. Not quite down to 2000 but getting there.
My average fat grams per day was 96. emoticon emoticon I've been struggling with this from the get go. I just really like bacon and avocados!

I only had 42 minutes of exercise last week, but better than zero and I know this week will be better.

I did lose a couple of pounds, but still not back down to where I was in April.

Baby steps. Before I get too down on myself for all of my backsliding and slip ups I'm going to remember one of my greatest recent accomplishments;

climbing to the top of Monks mound at Cahokia Mounds. I told my DH I couldn't do it. It was too hot. There were too many steps. My knees couldn't handle it. My lungs couldn't do it. But I did it! I DID IT! emoticon
