Losing, but very slowly.

Lost 1 pound at today's weigh in, didn't weigh last week. But I need to keep reminding myself that a pound a week would put me at my goal in early 2019. Also at my age (68) it's to be expected that I will lose slowly. Better than gaining😀 I will do a 30 min. DVD now, walk away the pounds here I come.
