Dorothy's Journey: Chapter 97 - Field Trips
Monday, October 15, 2018
Torn away from being fit, healthy and organized, Dorothy started her journey back.
The past two days Dorothy, flying monkeys and a mother-in-law all venturered on a field trip to see the Kentucky Horse Park, the Ark Encounter, and the Newport Aquarium. Dorothy was glad she was able to do all the walking and stair climbing. Dorothy had almost 10,000 steps each day! Tomorrow they would go to the Creation Museum and head home.
Field trips as a kid were adventures with no thought to steps and stairs. Dorothy was out of shape, but the yellow brick road is there for us all when we are ready. Resources like Spark People patiently waits for us to tke advantage of the help it has to offer. Dorothy thought about recharging her effort towards being fit, healthy and organized. She was glad for the outreach of her friends - all those that sparkled!
Recharge and reset. 5-4-3-2-1 Let's go!
