SMART goals for BLC39 (revised on 1/09/19)

Long term - reach 150 pounds (goal weight that I discussed with my doctor. This is at the high end of the BMI range for my height of 5’6”)
Short term - lose 12 pounds by the final weigh in of BLC 39 - April 2, 2019 (signed up for a DietBet, so these should help me to reach my goal without backsliding and stay there).
Nutrition plan - gluten free, dairy free vegetarian & minimize processed foods. Hopefully return to being Nutritarian (or whole food plant based no oil) again before the end of this round.
Exercise - 30 mins of activity a day, 2 of those days could be strength training. Signed up for a StepBet, so back to doing at least 10,000 steps a day. Yoga three times a week, Zumba and Shake It, Tone It on the other days. Signed up to “Walk the Year” with Run The Edge
Starting weight 01/09/19 - 161.4
Goal on 04/02/19 - 149.4
Rewards - cork yoga mat, Registration fees to various races or yoga events, ticket to experience the Flotation Tank
(Edited to reflect starting weight on Week 1 Day 1 of BLC) - if I stay on track, I would be JUST below my goal.
