Yesterday I was feeling a bit stiff and sore so I figured I had been doing too much sitting, for the last month or so, and not enough moving around. So, since it wasn't raining, l walked to the other end of our cul-de-sac and back.



Today the sun is actually shining so I suggested to my husband that we go to Buttertubs Marsh and go for a bit of a walk. We ended up walking all the way around it -- about a mile and a half (2.4 km).



This has been a good week -- I am enjoying the ketotarian food plan. I have not been hungry all week and my weight and fasting blood sugar are both lower than they were a week ago.

I have dug out my fitbit and charged up the battery so I will be able to keep track of my steps this week and make this next week even better.
