New step

I am almost to my 3rd 10kg goal!! Only 1.8kg to go! Hopefully I can reach it soon.

But here is better news!! I just started walking again and counting steps. My average a day used to be 400-600 steps a day that my phone counted. Please note, I do not keep my phone on me at all times. But this week I went from 800steps to 2091 steps yesterday!! I'm tired and sore every evening, but I'm doing what I haven't been able to do for so very long. I even managed a few reps with weights as well 2x this week.

There was a time not so long ago I needed the help of my family for EVERYTHING. Now I'm doing things for myself, even painting furniture!! It takes me longer as I have to rest a lot in-between, but I'm doing it!

Being disabled in a way makes it more difficult to reach these milestones, but it is also more rewarding when I do reach them in spite of my shortcommings.
