I was up to get on my feet today and so my goals for today are as follows, I'm writing this now because my son fell asleep and I have to sleep while I can!
Finish 2 homework assignments ✔
Get my active day on my step bet ✔
Get up and get dressed this morning/morning routine ✔
Read a chapter in a book ✔
5 servings fruit or vegetables, I am 4/5 as of now. ✖
Do my 7x4 strength exercises ❌
Activites with baby, feeding, bath, book, playtime 3/5 ✖
Reach calorie goal ✔
Take all medication and vitamins ✔
Journal(right now!) ✔
Night routine, about to do it right now! ✔
I am disappointed I didnt get everything I wanted to done but I think overall it was a good day.
