So the end of week 4 is nearing. I had a great week in exercise and tracking my food. I have not weighed in since Monday. I am very happy I ran/jogged/walked my first 5 km in a long time. I made it in 39 minutes. I was looking at my older blogs and saw that when I was in better shape I did it in 32:04 minutes. I am going to push myself in the next few weeks to trim some time off. Here's to a great weekend.
