I have had IBS for many years - maybe a Low FODMAP diet and finding the right food for my stomach can help me against those stomach aches?

    Well - I didnĀ“t really go for that way of eating
    I found it really stressing that it was so difficult finding the right kind of food in stores in my town on the countryside
    and eating with other people and not really understanding the point of why to say no to food one normally would consider healthy
    I also remembered that bread in US is motly white bread with NO fibers in it while bread in Denmark (rugbread) often has 8% fibers or more.. I compare the quality of white bread with eating cardboard while the fiber rich and good danish bread is very healthy

    Try coming off gluten, too. That's what helped me.
