For the 5% Challenge, we are encouraged to list 10 reasons why we want to lose weight. Here's my list:
1~To turn my pre-diabetes diagnosis around.
2~To lower my blood pressure and get off meds.
3~To have more energy to do fun things with my family.
4~To be more comfortable in my skin.
5~To strengthen my muscles.
6~To have a new mindset for eating.
7~To encourage my children to live an active lifestyle.
8~To share this experience with Hubby as he works on his health.
9~To go shopping in the regular size stores.
10~To live my life to the fullest.
There it is. My 10 reasons. I could probably come up with more, but I think this encompasses my whole vision.
