Feels Like a Breakthrough

My snacks at work are "usually" healthy. I pack things like granola, yogurt covered raisins, almonds, string cheese, grapes, apple slices.

My evening snacks are more like a mini Klondike ice cream bar or Snackwell sandwich cookies, a peanut butter cup, or single serving size bag of potato chips.

It feels likes a breakthrough, but I realized that I could plan a 100 Calorie pack of almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries and an 80 calorie piece of string cheese for an evening snack. What? Something healthy in the evening? Yes, I'm ready to make that choice. I'm also keeping in mind my team's advice that a snack should be 200 calories or less. More than that and it's a meal.

Discovering that I love this girl and I want to take care of her.
