My diet needs improving, but I have been creating a good exercise habit. One step at a time. I haven't totally given up on nutrition, but I've had too many sweets and made poor choices eating out. I know (for me) tracking is the best way to lose weight, yet it's the first habit that I drop. Why????

The something new that I tried this morning is: 8 Minutes with Billy Blanks Punch Out

I'm ready to start my day! New day and new choices and new chance to get it right. Let's do this thing!
