Started a new Spark Challenge! Day 1

Today I decided that for the first time I would create and start a new spark challenge. I chose the one where you can challenge yourself to MOVE (exercise) for a certain number of days. So I set it for 20 minutes a day for 5 days. And I just exercised for 20 minutes fast walking on my treadmill yay! I was tired before i started and didn't want to, but I DID IT ANYWAYS! Yay, very proud of myself. I'm quite out of shape and have been struggling to get into an exercise routine again lately so this first step is a great new beginning on my fitness journey.
I will set it for longer each day gradually.
Just trying to eat healthy without exercising doesn't work for me. So I need to exercise because then I eat healthy, and become very motivated to eat healthy. But if I just try to eat healthy without exercising, it doesn't work at all for me. and I end up eating not very healthy LOL.
