I made a community post but I should start here as well. I was doing reslly great last year, I had dropped weight and was working out daily. Down to about 239lbs. Then in May I met my now fiance. With love comes eating out, spending time together, I make us a lot of fancy dinners.
And packed on 30 lbs. I have the flu currently and when I went to the drs office i weighed in at 267 guys. That's only like 20lbs away from my 9 months pregnant with my son weight.
I want to get back on track. I want to lose at least 30 lb before my wedding in June. I dont want to think pictures my future husband posts of me are embarrassing. I've attached one of the pictures from the night we got engaged and I look massive 😑.
I've joined a step bet which starts February 17th. I should be over this flu by then. I was using my fitness pal for a while but I think I did better with this app and community. The streak goals keep me on track.
