Jeresulem artichoke fettuccini, sardine pasta

When I was researching for diets earlier this year I was super into the Mediterranean diet. The food looks good, you can have carbs, etc. A lot of the recipes include sardines which I've never had. I bought a couple cans when I went grocery shopping last month. My fiance had bought me some jeresulem artichoke fettuccini pasta, which is higher protein and has a serving of vegetables (jeresulem artichokes are basically sunflower roots?) So tonight I made a pasta with the plant based fettuchini, a can of Mediterranean style sardines, lemon, onion, breadcrumbs and parmesan. It was pretty good and the serving size made *a ton* Pictured is two servings of pasta at around 400 calories each.
