Thank You Sparkers

Saturday, May 23, 2020

I had a serious case of the "I Don't Want To" syndrome today. Then I read this fun blog by SPARKNB. Her blog contains Fun Summer Fitness Goals and Post Covid-19 Goals. I don't even know her, but she re-ignited my Spark.

I've created my own fun, adventurous, and even ambitious fitness goals. Some of these will have to wait for the Covid-19 pandemic to subside, but it's good to have goals.

Hike on a rocky trail. I want to climb, but not hang from the rocks.
Walk to see a waterfall.
Glam camp or rent a cabin.
Aerial workout - we have a studio in Green Bay if she's able to survive the shutdown.
Learn Yoga
Take an outdoor fitness class. Did this once and loved it.
Indoor rock climb. Tried this once, but wasn't strong enough.
Play bocce ball or use the school's gaga pit or play kickball.
Bike ride
Do a fun 5k charity walk or make our own family one.
Swim or find a water aerobic class
Hula hoop
Squat Challenge
Make an outdoor living space in my backyard
Visit an amusement park or water park
Walk at the zoo or botanical garden
Visit a lavender garden
Walk all over Mackinac Island and have tea at the Grand Hotel

This activity put a smile on my face. That's why I love when people write blogs!
