An Apple a day

Friday, May 29, 2020

Who would've thought, I certainly had no idea. It's been almost a month since I've eaten an apple. I used to eat at least one sometimes two Every single day as part of my healthful fruit intake still day after day I'd experience nausea or upset stomach, confused as to why I was having these on going issues. I've been Gluten free for about 8 years, soy and egg white free about 1 year so I would ask myself why am I still having these issues? What is going on? Well I am happy to say that I've haven't had one single bout of nausea or stomach pain for about a week now and I'm am truly ecstatic... I will say I miss eating Apples, they were one of my favorite fruits however since I'm now convinced that they were causing my symptoms(I did do some research about this) I will continue to eliminate them from my diet at least until my next Doctor's appointment to see what she says...Since Taking the apples away I've felt much better each day. So in my case an Apple a day doesn't keep the Doctor away it makes my stomach Not Ok.
