Setback: Up one pound!

Well it has been crazy busy at my full time job and I worked longer hours than I should have plus was also logging in on weekends. So I didn't exercise, these last two weeks. On top of that I had some medication for the short term which required me to take it with meals three times a day, and for that a salad doesn't help protect my stomach from upset so I ended up buying white bread and using that for the purpose in addition to my vegetables and salads etc. I'm lucky I only gained two pounds back and then have already lost one of those pounds.
So my total weight loss achieved so far from my highest weight is that I'm still down one pound as of this morning.
I'm disappointed that I didn't exercise as I intended to, but this is the start of another week and my goal for July is to workout 4 to 5 times a week and lose 2 pounds a week.
:) I'm determined. Hope you are all well and enjoying summer so far. We're in the middle of a heat wave.
