The Ideal Weight?

Okay, so as of yesterday I've lost 14.4 lbs! I'm so proud of the progress I've made so far, even though it's been going slowly. My goal as of right now is to lose a total of 60 lbs, which would put me at about 200 lbs. That's what my OBGYN recommended before getting pregnant. Over the years, I've fluctuated weight a lot, and I've found that I always feel LOADS better under 200 lbs. So it seemed like the perfect goal weight for now, and I totally stand by that decision.
Of course, I've also been considering the fact that a healthy weight for my height is considered 113-138 lbs. I have NEVER been this skinny. The skinniest I can ever remember being is 155 lbs when I was in high school. I can't imagine being that skinny. I may keep losing weight after I hit 200 lbs, but I'm not sure what my ideal weight would be.
How did you pick your goal weight?? Did you reach that weight and keep going?
