First, I would like to thank those of you with your kind thoughts from my last blog.
I am happy to report that I now have 2 healthy eating days under my belt. My goal is to eat this way for 32 or more days. This will make a new streak for me. I am starting to understand consistency. I KNOW this is the answer to long term success. So, I'm writing this down to show my next goal.
Also, my old IPAD will not load some apps that I wanted. My husband told me to get a new one. I did...but I put it away. My first reward will be to use that IPAD when I get to 190 pounds. Because of the 9 days of eating choices that were not the best, my weight is up. I have about 12 pounds to go to reach this short-term goal. I am determined to do it.
