Wk 10 Weigh In

This week was a hybrid from winging it to actually being mindful of when and how much I ate.
I have always been someone who prepares their meals, not big on take out so it was more about quantity. Not snacking in the evening is going to be a challenge. Last night I had my cup full of frozen superfood berries with a half cup of full fat yogurt and a little sugar.
This is what I mean about not changing what I eat so much and when and how much...one thing at a time I figure.
Total: 28.6 lbs
So, as that was more of a mid-week epiphany, I am hopeful this next week is as good or better.
Plus, I was nursing a post-move knee with ice and daily TENS machine therapy so maybe if I feel better daily walks in my new neighbourhood will get into the mix and things will get interesting.
