hi guys. so as you all know i lost about 6 lbs, but gained almost all of it in a week. I know, I know,
All the 3 weeks of hard work, gone.
I feel bad gaining it all. It is due to bad pms cravings that caused me to crave Carb and fat. My cravings and moods are basically the culprit along with the delay in my career.
But what's important im moving on.
I would like to look into the things that I've set myself to do the last week
- I was able to have my laptop repaired
-cleaned my room
-do most of my laundry
I was able to achieve 50% of the goals that I've set for myself and it is not so bad.
I wasn't able to keep up with the inspiration because after having pms, i honestly, suddenly lost my motivation. But, i would like to start again.
Starting means eating less ( no need to remove anything) and easing myself into exercise again. I don't have to overdo it, I just have to do whats mananegeable for me.
BTW, I already had a digital weighing scale for food. TBH i find myself lazy on measuring food but starting tomorrow, I am giving myself time to measure and track everything I put in my mouth.
I think it is wise to be prepared for my next pms. It is a culprit for me. Right now, I am still researching. And I promise to put it right here and write about it next time. ( I hope it works, whatever that is)
