It must be muscle, I am probably 80% more active than I was last season and yet my numbers are going up not down. I sure hope that is what is happening!

    Are you doing body measurements? I do mine monthly and find that sometimes I'll lose very little weight but some inches or vice versa! It can help clear up whether you're progressing and gaining muscle or need to make more diet changes :)
