FIRST GOAL MET!

At the end of May I weighed 212 pounds. Today I weigh 189.6! I met my first goal of 190 (or less). I am happy...truly happy with this news. I have been working hard though I have taken some back steps periodically....but I am learning and embracing the fact, that for me, weight loss is not going to be a straight line of success each week. Perhaps that is the greatest achievement I am accomplishing. Self-love and getting rid of that harsh voice is magical. I just feel like I could fly!
